A place for your timer

Open a free Notion template, then choose Duplicate to add it to your workspace. Each page already includes a working timer and editable prompts. Markdown starters are also available for other documents.

Notion templates require a Notion account to duplicate. Markdown imports need their timer links converted to embed blocks. Each timer runs independently per browser. TimerHub is independent of Notion, Google and Canva.

Before you start

Will my timer survive a reload?

A running timer uses its finish time to recover after reload when browser storage is available. Paused timers can be restored too. If Notion or your browser blocks storage, keep the widget open. Sound cannot be guaranteed while a device sleeps or the page is closed.

Can I put several timers on one page?

Yes. Use “Create a separate timer link” for each independent widget. Reusing the same link can restore the same saved run in your browser. Other viewers have their own countdowns; starts are not synchronised across a team.

Is this a Pomodoro timer?

Choose “Pomodoro focus & break” in the builder for alternating focus and break sessions. Set both durations and start each phase when you are ready. For long breaks and more settings, use the full Pomodoro timer.

Can I use it in Google Docs or Canva?

Yes, as a link that opens a timer in your browser. Use the Google Docs or Canva option in the builder for instructions. For a website that supports HTML, use the website embed builder.

For Notion’s current embed instructions, see the Notion Help Centre. Widget usage is measured with anonymous analytics; private page names and document URLs are not included in our widget events.
