Daylight saving time in the United States
Since 2007, daylight saving time has started on the second Sunday in March and ended on the first Sunday in November. Clocks change at 2:00 AM local time, so each time zone changes an hour after the one to its east. Most of Canada follows the same dates.

Clocks going forward and back in the UK and Europe
The UK and the European Union change on the last Sunday in March and the last Sunday in October, all at the same instant, 01:00 UTC: 1:00 AM becomes 2:00 AM in the UK in spring, and 2:00 AM becomes 1:00 AM in October. The European Parliament voted in 2019 to end the changes, but EU governments never agreed on a plan, so they continue.
