**Facilitator:** Start the timer and share its window if everyone needs to see the same countdown. Individual widgets are not synchronised between participants.

**Notion:** Import the Markdown using /import → Text & Markdown. For live timers, copy each timer URL into a new /embed block, select Embed link and resize to about 280px tall. Importing alone creates clickable links.

**Google Docs or Canva:** Keep the URLs as hyperlinks and open the timer during the meeting. A Canva image or video export does not preserve an interactive timer.

Create separate widget links for another independent agenda using the [TimerHub builder](https://www.timerhub.io/embed).

Free template by [TimerHub](https://www.timerhub.io). Adapt and redistribute with the timer credit intact.
