**Add live timers in Notion:** Import this Markdown file from Settings → Import → Text & Markdown (or use /import). For each timer above, copy its link, type /embed in a new block, paste the link and select Embed link. Resize to about 280px tall. Markdown import creates links, not live embed blocks.

**Google Docs or Canva:** Use the timer links as hyperlinks; each opens a timer in your browser.

Timers are independent for each viewer. For another independent copy in the same browser, create a new widget link with the [TimerHub builder](https://www.timerhub.io/notion-timer).

Free template by [TimerHub](https://www.timerhub.io). You may adapt and redistribute it with the timer credit intact.
