Each template starts with suggested timings. Rename activities, adjust durations, reorder steps or add your own under Edit steps. Leave Teacher-led on to give instructions before starting the next stage, or choose Auto to run the agenda by itself.

Use Share to copy the activity into a lesson plan, Google Doc or Canva presentation as a link. Colleagues opening it get your timings and activity names. Each browser runs its own timer.

On the projector

  1. Open an activity and press ProjectorThe step’s title, “Step 2 of 3” and “Next: Pair · 3 min” fill the screen beside big numbers.
  2. Dusk or DaylightClear is solid dusk for a dim room; Daylight is ink on paper for a sunny one.
  3. A calm endingA gentle chime between steps and at the end — or a silent glow during a test.
